Electronic scale control
Assess scale-related deposits in connected equipment. Pipe size, material, topology and electrical loops inform installation.

A clearer approach to scale control, basin sweeping and filtration. Built around your operating conditions.
Understand the problem before combining treatment methods.
Assess scale-related deposits in connected equipment. Pipe size, material, topology and electrical loops inform installation.
Move settled solids toward collection and separate particles from circulation. Basin geometry, nozzle layout and hydraulic capacity guide the design.
Keep necessary chemistry, hygiene and blowdown controls. Compare performance under documented load, flow and temperature conditions.

Basin sweeping and centrifugal filtration have a different role from electronic scale control. Configuration depends on the basin layout and operating conditions.

Map dead zones and plan nozzle positions and flow toward a collection point.
Match separator flow and particle conditions, with practical access for discharge and inspection.
An engineering assessment connects a baseline, a monitoring period and comparable operating conditions. Cleaning records, pressure drop and heat-transfer behaviour help establish what has changed.
Technology and boundariesFrom treatment objectives to operating evidence, build a clear basis for your next decision.
Read all technical questionsScale control and softening have different objectives. Softening removes hardness ions; electronic scale control is assessed for deposits on equipment. A hardness or TDS reading alone cannot establish scale-control performance. If your process requires a specified hardness, retain the appropriate water-treatment process.
Start with the treatment task: Q39 for suitable small hot-water systems, Q49 for suitable pool circulation, the industrial family for larger engineered systems, and booster for basin solids management. Then check pipe dimensions, operating conditions and existing treatment. Pipe diameter alone is not a complete selection method.
Agree on a baseline and review period before installation. Compare deposit inspections, cleaning frequency, pressure drop and heat-transfer behaviour at similar loads. Water quality, temperature, cleaning and dosing changes should be logged. An operating indicator confirms device status, not a measured treatment outcome.
Plan how solids will leave the system through the applicable flushing, cleaning, filtration or discharge procedure. Electronic treatment is not a solids collection device. Inspect strainers, tanks and collection points during the review period, and check older pipework for existing defects before installation.
