Why we use it

Service providers
The website and inquiry database are hosted on Tencent Cloud in Hong Kong. Product images use Cloudflare R2, anti-abuse checks use Cloudflare Turnstile and inquiry email notifications use Resend. Providers may process information outside your country. Only authorized staff can access inquiry records.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are normally retained for up to 365 days after the last update, unless an ongoing request or legal obligation requires longer retention. Access is restricted by role. Security and rate-limit records use hashed identifiers and expire automatically. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion and withdraw permission to contact you about an inquiry by emailing contact@taifitop.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
